Terms of service
Effective from 5 April 2026
1. Service description
Resappi is a RevOps ERP system developed and maintained by Resaco Oy for Finnish small and medium-sized businesses. The service includes CRM, financial management, HR and AI features, among other functions.
2. Right of use and licence
Resaco Oy grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Resappi service in accordance with the agreement. The right of use is personal and may not be transferred to third parties without written permission.
- The service is intended solely for business use
- Copying or reselling the system is prohibited
- The right of use remains valid for the duration of the agreement
3. Payment terms
The service is billed monthly or annually according to the selected plan. Invoices are due 14 days from the invoice date. Late payments are subject to interest under the Finnish Interest Act.
- Prices include value added tax (VAT 25.5%)
- Annual billing includes a 15% discount
- Payment methods: invoice, online banking, card
4. Service availability (SLA)
Resaco Oy aims to ensure service availability of at least 99.9% of the time each month. Planned maintenance interruptions are announced at least 48 hours in advance.
- Availability is measured per calendar month
- Support is available on weekdays from 08:00 to 17:00
- Critical incidents: target response time of 4 hours
5. Restrictions on use
The customer agrees not to:
- Use the service for illegal or harmful activities
- Attempt to breach the service’s security systems
- Share credentials with unauthorised persons
- Store copyrighted material in the service without permission
6. Limitation of liability
Resaco Oy’s total liability is limited to an amount equal to the subscription fees for the preceding three months. Resaco Oy is not liable for indirect damages, lost income or damage caused by third parties.
7. Termination of the agreement
The customer may terminate the agreement by written notice. For monthly billing, the notice period is one (1) month. For annual billing, the agreement remains in force until the end of the contract period. Resaco Oy may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms.
8. Changes to the terms
Resaco Oy reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be announced by email or through the service at least 30 days before taking effect. By continuing to use the service after the changes, the customer accepts the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the District Court of Oulu will have jurisdiction.
