We collect the following information through the contact form:

First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Company name and industry
Number of employees

4. Purposes and legal basis for processing

Personal data is used for:

Contacting you and providing customer service
Maintaining the Resappi waiting list and sending a launch notification
Managing the customer relationship

Legal basis: legitimate interest (contacting you) and performance of a contract.

5. Data retention

Personal data is retained for as long as it is necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. When the customer relationship ends, the data is deleted within 24 months.

6. Data location and transfers

Personal data is processed within the EU/EEA. Our servers are located in Helsinki (Hetzner Online GmbH, Helsinki data centre). Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.

7. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We may use subcontractors to provide the service. They process data solely on behalf of Resaco Oy.

8. Your rights as a data subject

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
Erase data (the “right to be forgotten”)
Restrict the processing of your data
Transfer data to another system (data portability)
Object to processing based on legitimate interest
