I’ve been running a digital agency since 2022. Resaco has grown organically, without investor funding, into a 25-person digital agency in a challenging market. Along the way, we tried every available project management and ERP system: Trello, Clickup, Asana, Monday.com, Notion — and were about to switch to Severa, the market’s de facto standard.
When I shared our needs with the Severa sales rep — after three meetings — it became clear that no system existed that would meet our requirements. We had to build one. Our existing Notion setup connected by four APIs was creaking at the seams.
I had no real-time view of fixed costs, workload across production silos, employee productivity, client profitability — let alone how we were meeting all obligations under Finnish corporate and workplace safety laws in a world where everything changes. Everything.
Resaco was born out of frustration, because there was no sales-driven digital agency on the market I could have bought. Resappi is about the same thing.
I decided to fix the bottleneck of modern business management: data scattered across 12 different places, with nothing talking to each other.
Since 2022, I’ve met about 500 entrepreneurs and sadly observed the level of business management and strategy in Finnish SMEs. Many get stuck in the owner-operator trap, spinning at one million in revenue, when there’s a way out.
For years I’ve had multiple coaches for communication, budgeting, business management and strategy. I’ve poured everything I’ve learned into Resappi.
Resappi is an ERP system and a window into the future. It gives you the keys to growth, and you drive the car where the dashboard tells you how your business is doing. You also own the car — meaning your data.
